Intermittent wireless device disconnection

Hi,

we have Cisco WLC 4402 & 30 No. of AP (Cisco 1131) is connected with WLC. we are facing intermittent disconnection problem with netwok.

Some times ip address is showing on client machine but not communicate with network & sometimes yellow mark is comming on network card. In both case we have repair the network card then network communication is start. While Wired network is running fine.

WLAN network segment is 172.26.150.0/24

We have check the logg on WLC & it is as below.

Please help us to resolve this issue.

Hi,

the logs you are showing are not relevant.

The meaning of this message is that the WLC received an ARP packet before the client went through DHCP on a WLAN where DHCP_REQUIRED is configured.

I would think that your problem is that the clients don't get an ip address or get an invalid one.

I bet that when you have the yellow exclamation sign, your address is of type 169.254.x.x

I would check your DHCP settings.
