Does anybody know whether Cisco provides an access point that is safe in a flamable liquids or gas store?

I don't think Cisco provides this.

You may be allowed to hang the antenna(s) in the hazard zone, and keep the APs in a safe area.

Worse case, put the antenna(s) and/or access points in a sealed enclosure.

Check your local code.

Good Luck

Do you happen to know which specific certification/guidelines are applicable? Within the EU there is something called ATEX for these kinds of environments which uses different zones. I'm only aware of one Cisco AP which is ATEX compliant which is the 1552H.
