Anyone from the Wireless BU out there????
The lightening arrestor with grounding ring will not fit when the bridge is mounted against the wall.
Makes for a sloppy install. This has proved to be a real problem.
Is this going to be changed anytime soon ????

We have Bridges all ove the campus mounter right againts the wall( no spacers in between) and the Lightning arrestors were placed with out any trouble..
What make are you using ?
Would you like to know the brand we are using ?

Thanks for the response. We are using the arrestor part # AIR-ACC3354
I don't have the make in front of me. Not sure if these are any different from the ones a few Months ago or not.
But there is no way that these will fit with the ground lug attached with the bridge (350 metal case) flat against the wall.
I will up date this post tomorrow with the specific brand and we can compare.
thanks again

Its Huber+Suhner.
I got a chance to see my crew install it, they are suing the 8 gauge copper wire with the lug on it.
After you mentioned it I did aks them if it was tough. I will try and get a picture of it. I am curious since we have few more installs.
After that we would not have any problems since the AP1200 models have a mounting plate supplied.
