What is the maximum height I should install antenna 1728??

One way to verify is to do a post-installation WLAN site survey.

At greater height e.g 10m you will notice that the coverage below the AP isn't very strong and you will receive a lower RSSI for a greater distance, i.e around -65 to -70dBm.

I have seen 1728 antennas installed at 15m high with poor coverage. I would advise not to mount the antennas above 10m, try using lower gain omni antenna for better coverage if installed at height e.g 2.2dBi 1941. These provide more of a 'true' omni-directional radiation pattern so you get better coverage above and below where 1728 squash the coverage above and below to increase the distance that they can cover, therefore reducing effectiveness when installed high.
