Mexican Radio Restrictions on WLCs - LWAPPs

I am using Cisco 4402 WLC with 1130 LWAPPs and I get the log message "apf_spam.c:934 APF-1-NOT_ADV_SSID_ON_AP:Not adversitsing SSID SWSGP01 on AP "mac address" due to radio policy.

The controller and lwapps are both set to mexico. I can't find anything that indicates that radio restrictions are different among the americas regions.

My US controllers all work fine.

Running V4.2.61.0 Software.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Can you post the Controller and LWAPP configuration?

These is hitting the bug:CSCsl91623 and its been fixed in the latest version please see the bug for more details on it.
