Microsoft Remote Desktop to Aironet Client Disables Wireless Connection
When trying to use Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection from a wired desktop pc running XP Pro to connect to a wireless Aironet laptop, the desktop pc brings up the remote window, however with no login box. On the wireless laptop, the wireless connection becomes disabled and you must re-authenticate (in our case using LEAP). Anyone else experience this or have any thoughts on it?

The wireless card/ ACU will operate correctly with the basic XP OS but not all of the XP features will be supported. There is a known issue for this incompatibility between the Windows XP Remote Desktop terminal services andthe Aironet Client Utilities . The BugID is CSCdx19759 .
