MPI350 Mini-PCI card availability

Has anyone bought a laptap or other handheld device that had the MPI350 card built in. One of my resellers stated that this card is only available to OEMS, and not to the general public. I would like to use this card in My dell laptops to take advantage of LEAP. Dell currently has an integrated TrueMobile Mini-PCI card, that looks very similar to the pictures of the Cisco card. If I could buy the Cisco cards, I think it would just plug in like the TrueMobile. The only catch would be the antenna connectors, but they look standard. Any info on this card is appreciated. The web page for it is:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/pd/witc/ao350ap/prodlit/rwsry_in.htm

I know there is a pcmcia card, but the built in would be a better option for us.

Thanks.
