Nothing showing on PRIME1.3 Detailed dashboard

Hi

I am using cisco prime1.3 and WLC 5508 version 7.4.110.0. i want to see the application visibility on PRIME but nothing is showing on dashboard.

i have found a bug in the release notes .bug ID is CSCue2897 . and below is the link...

is there any workaround or solution to resolve this issue ?

If the bug tool doesn't show any workaround, then there is no workaround for that issue at the moment. You could always open a TAC case and verify that you are hitting the same bug.

but my concern was , is there any additional license required for this in CISCO PRIME1.3 ? to see this information on dashboard.

We have only base license and access point licnese only as of now.

There isn't any other license you should need to see that information.
