I have a WLC 2006 that I need to open ports 20001 and 2638 for an application we need to run on our wireless laptops. I tried using ACL's but that didn't do it. Can someone help me do that.
Unlike a router, the ACL controls traffic in both directions when applied to an interface, but it does not perform stateful firewalling. If you forget to open a hole in the ACL for returning traffic, this causes a problem. You can also try to choose any , any for server and destination ports in both hte directions. Refer URL
