Option 60 error after 3750 upgrade

We upgraded 3750 switches from 12.2(35) to 12.2(46)SE.

It now won't accept the option 60 command when the switches boot up.

The error message looks like this:

option 60 ascii "Cisco AP c1130"

^

% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

Other VCI's were tried. Any with spaces are not accepted.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!!

Chris

Chubby,

I also got a heads up that 2900 series switch pushed from 12.2(35) to 12.2(46) has the same problem.

If anyone plans to upgrade thier switches to this code better do a test on a lab switch before, option 60 is not going to work for you if you have spaces in your VCI.
