It seems like once per month the PAC renewal causes our 8 mobile carts (neoware thin client w/ citrix) to lock up, lose connectivity for an hour and require a re-boot. EAP-FAST with ACS v3.2 and NT authentication. 802.11g PCI cards. Thanks.
Look in your ACS>System Configuration>Global Authentication Setup>EAP-FAST settings. A very confusing set of varibles and timeouts that are somehow causing a NEW PAC to be sent to your clients!
