Hi,
I just upgrade Prime NCS 1.1.1.24 to 2.0 becuase we had several problem with NCS Aplication, after this upgrade I can´t longer see the Access Point on the floor maps, the APs are still assigned to the map and if I try to edit the location or asign APs to a new map, the aplication keeps loading but doesn´t do anything. I follow the quick installation guide for upgrading and installed the ncs_1_1_1_24-Update.13.4.tar.gz patch.
thanks for your help

Unless you need some specific 2.0 feature you should run 1.3 with the latest patch.

You should be able to, but your best bet is to bring up a new VM on PI 1.3, and rehost the license. Then you can export the map's and import the map's on your new VM PI 1.3. If you try to downgrade, make sure you take a snapshot of the VM, so you can revert in case it doesn't work.
Thanks,
Scott

Would you mind explaining your reasoning? Just cut a PO for 2.0 today, going to be upgrading from 1.1.1.24.
Thanks
