We have WCS 5.2.130.0

Access points are LAP1131AG

The parameters for every radio are managed via templates.

Power is assigned dynamically.

Load Threshold:

  Max client=12.

The problem that we have is that sometimes AP's accept as twice as the maximum number of clients on one radio and none on the other.

How can I force the AP to balance the load?

The max client load threshold does not limit the number of clients that can associate to the AP.  I will log an alert when that threshold has been exceeded so that you can determine if changes need to be made.  Currently there is not a way to limit the number of associations per AP.
