Preventing access to outside wireless networks

I have a situaion that we've not encountered before. We have a school that has wireless laptop carts. The kids have figured out they can connect to unsecured networks from homes around the school and get to the Internet bypassing the filter. Any ideas are appreciated.

Is this a Windows client? Have you tried locking down the Network Connections applet? Using Group Policy would probably be easiest.

Yeah, I've got the school's IT dept looking into that thinking it may be the only way. We've had schools that have had the neighbors piggybacking them, but never the other way around.
