printing problems

We have business centers inside hotels. Recently, we went to wireless T1 access using Cisco airnet 350 wireless access point. Our networked HP Colorlaserjet 4500n printers are now not working properly or consistently. Sometimes it takes 5 mintues to print, sometimes it wont print at all, sometimes it prints right away with no problem. Any ideas what is causing this problem?? The other center we have has the printer directly connected to the main workstation and shared, on that one, we have NO problems! Thanks! Laurel

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
