Problem associating with HWIC-AP-G-E

I have a 2801 router with the HWIC-AP card. The wireless clients fail to associate with the HWIC-AP, the following debug message appears on the router.

*Dec 25 11:38:45.253: %DOT11-7-CCKM_AUTH_FAILED: Station 001f.3c32.29ec CCKM authentication failed

If the WPA authentication is removed, the following messages appears when the client tries to associate (and fails).

*Dec 25 11:59:19.089: %DOT11-6-ASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio0/1/0, Station Ayyan-Qatar2801 001f.3c32.29ec Associated SSID[Qtel-OiaB] AUTH_TYPE[OPEN]

KEY_MGMT[NONE]

*Dec 25 11:59:30.493: %DOT11-6-DISASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio0/1/0, Deauthenticating Station 001f.3c32.29ec Reason: Sending station has left the

BSS SSID[Qtel-OiaB]

Even if the client gets associated, they fail to get an IP address from the local DHCP pool.

A router reboot will solve this issue and all wireless clients will be able to get connected to wireless. But after a day or so the problem reoccurs.

Any suggestions will be helpful.

Thanks,

It seems like that the station has failed CCKM authentication. As a resolution for this error verify the topology of the APs under the WDS domain. It may help you.
