Problem using 350 PC Card

I have installed the Aironet 350 PC Card in my Dell Latitude running WinXP, using the Windows installed driver, the Cisco driver from CCO and the one on the CD, and each time I get a blue screen error noting a problem with ndisoui.sys.

This seems to happen the first time I install the card only after I make a setting change, such as frequency or power output, after that it happens each time I insert the card even if I reset to the original setting.

Any ideas what is going on here? So far I have reverted to previous restore points and reinstalled teh card in every different way I can think of, as mentioned above.

It could be another program that is installed on the PC or some glitch with the OS. You may need to reinstall the OS as a last resort.
