My problem is that I Connected an AIR-PWRINJ3 power injector to a device that is not cisco however it has a port PoE 802.3af but the power injector is not working.

What should I do to make the power injector work?

Power injector NOT working? You could have a faulty power injector. Contact TAC to get it replaced.

The PWRINJ3 isn't a 802.3af compliant device. It adds 15.4W of power to the line just like an af device but it was developed before 802.3af was ratified so it uses an older Cisco version of POE.
