If I setup multiple Mobility Anchors per Guest WLAN SSID to 2 DMZ Anchor Controllers, what is the mechanism whereby these Anchors are selected? How do the controllers handle fail-over/fail-back in a redundant Guest Anchor scenario? How well does this scale (i.e how many local controllers can I expect to be able to anchor to a DMZ controller?). Thanks for your input.

Hi Bruce ,
A. Do we have to turn off all a/g radios in order to change controller QoS parameters?
Ans- yes
B. What is the queuing service algorithm (weighted round-robin)?
Ans - no ; Higher priority queue gets served first than low priority queue
C. Is there a best practice on the use of Per-User Bandwidth Contracts?
per customer scenario
1. Do the parameters (avg/burst RT, NRT) represent maximum or minimum values?
- maximum values
2. Are they truly per user, or aggregate for the QoS class?
per user
2. Support for Fast Roaming - what are the client requirements - Is CCKM supported in the controllers?
yeah from 4.0 onwards CCKM is supported

Hi John,
Guest anchor redundancy is not supported at present in 4.0 release
please let me know if you have further questions

Thank you Seema,
As you answered so definitively I am inclined to ask you several more ;). Just two for now:
1. QoS policies

Hello Seema,
Are there any updates regarding redundant Mobility Anchors for Guest Access?
Is it supported in v6?
We have both wlc's specified as anchors for guest access and have the problem that the clients swap over to the other anchor/wlc and have to reauthentificate again.
Thank you
