RESTORE IOS AP1131G

I HAVE AN AIR-AP1131AG-A-K9, when turned on THIS ERROR APPEARS IN THE CONSOLE:

I've Been interrupted system, or an error Encountered

DURING initializion of the flash filesystem. The Following

commands will initialize the flash filesystem, and finish

loading the operating system software:

     flash_init

     ether_init

     tftp_init

     boot

ap: flash_init

Initializing Flash ...

flashfs [0]: out of memory

Initializing Flash ... done.

ap: ether_init

Initializing ethernet port 0 ...

Reset ethernet port 0 ...

Reset done!

ap: set IP_ADDR 10.0.0.1

Can not set variable - out of memory.

ap: tftp_init

Unable to get our ip address: no "IP_ADDR" variable in September

ap: set IP_ADDR 10.0.0.1

Can not set variable - out of memory.

Try putting the ip but get the error Can not set variable - out of memory.

  any suggestions to reload the IOS?
