Scanning AP's

When I Have the WLSE set a WAP as a scanning AP. It causes the AP interface to continuosly go up and down. I have tried this on 2 1231 APs, and a 1242 AP with the latest and greatest software.

My Wireless Lan Solution Engine is 1130 Release 2.13FCS Build 299.

I was not sure if this is the expected end result or not because it does make sense that the AP scans all channels.

I would like to know if I can manage the AP without getting this error

Make sure if you have a Read/ Write SNMP community string configured on scanning AP.
