Does anyone out there know if there is there any way of restarting 350APs or 1200APs over SNMP?
If so, what is the OID/value to use?
TIA.

I think the MIB object for restarting the 350AP is .1.3.6.1.4.1.551.2.2.4.2.
You can do a warm restart using tsMsgSend defined in old-cisco-ts-mib .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.9.9
Anyway, you can find the MIBs for AP350 in the following document :
ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/supportlists/c350/c350-non-ios-supportlist.html
