Strange error message with Casio Devices on Local PEAP Auth

Dear all,

I'm getting the following error message when doing a debug client on the controller:

EAPOL-key M2 with invalid WPA IE received from mobile 00:21:e8:12:76:cb

The client off course can not connect to the network sucessfully then....

Has anyone seen this message or can explain what it means.

Interesting ... Do you have other devices on the SSID and authenticating ? What model device is it ?

Can you connect the device with WPA PSK?

This means.. the invalid MIC is getting generated, which is not allowing the connection.. invalid MIC issues are resolved by upgrading the drivers software to the latest.
