is there an official cisco tool that measures the true bandwidth of the bridge wlan? say, two 1300. client is a bit meticulous

Not to the best of my knowledge. Download iPerf, which is a free tool (Google it) and set it up on a PC at either end of the link.
Stop all other traffic from traversing the link, and run your test. Absolute maximum will be about 18Mbps.
