Hello Everybody...

I`m trying to upgrade my AP running IOS version 12.3(8)JA2 to lightweight version 12.3(11)JX1 using Upgrade Tool 2.01. I get the error "unable to Load the LWAPP Recovery Image on to the AP".

I`ve already upgrade my WLAN Controller from version 3.2 to 4.0179.8.

Could some one help me with this issue?

Upgrade Tool log is attached here.

Thanks in advance

Check your TFTP server is properly configured. If you're using the Upgrade Tool embedded TFTP server, a common culprit is personal firewall software, which will block incoming TFTP.

Looks like AP can not successfully transfer the recovery LWAPP image from your TFTP server. Check if the tftp works from your tftp server to the AP.

the upgrade tool cannot deal with AP names with special characters. try changing the AP name to something simple and run it again.
