I was told that intermittent/random decrypt errors can be caused by random radio noise or RF interference. When it tries to decrypt this noise or interference using the WEP key, and not be able to, it logs the error. Another reason is that is actually trying to communicate with the AP who does not have the correct WEP key. If its random and intermittent, and you have no connectivity issues, its likely nothing to worry about.
