Update WCS installation

Hello,

I have WCS running at the version 6.0.132; would like to upgrade to latest version 6 available; downloaded software and started installation. At the point where installation should find the previous version, the messages says that there is none to find. The current installation is on D drive and installation wizard goes by default to C drive. If you follow the installation wizard there is step where you can choose installation directory but not sure why wizard did not find existing installation.

I would like to keep existing database and just perform upgrade - what your suggestions would be in this case?

you can backup the DB and then restore back after upgrade.. That is, get the backup.. uninstall the previous... install the latest and then restore the DB
