Urgent Querry - Erroneous record received

Hi,

My As are not joining the WLC 5508.

I am getting the following error on my WLC :

*Feb 24 21:31:00.144:  status of voice_diag_test from WLC is false

*Feb 24 21:31:10.000: %CAPWAP-5-DTLSREQSEND: DTLS connection request sent peer_ip: 10.79.112.15 (WLC IP) peer_port: 5246

*Feb 24 21:31:10.000: %CAPWAP-5-CHANGED: CAPWAP changed state to

*Feb 24 21:31:10.851: %CAPWAP-5-DTLSREQSUCC: DTLS connection created sucessfully peer_ip: 10.79.112.15 peer_port: 5246

*Feb 24 21:31:10.992: %DTLS-3-BAD_RECORD: Erroneous record received from 10.79.112.15: Duplicate (replayed) record

The current Country code set on my WLC is IN (India). I checked the AP, its manufatured in US.

Does it make any difference ?

Apart from this, I have given a static ip to my AP.

I changed the Country code to US and tried it.. but still the APs are not joining the WLC.

Any quick suggestions will be appriciable.

Urgent Querry - Erroneous record received

It does not matter where the AP is produced. You would need to check the part number of the AP on Cisco website to verify if it is allowed to operate in the Asia or Asia pacific region or even in India. Countries or Continents have regulations on wireless lan which may restrict certain channels from been used in those countries. Manufacturers follow these guidelines when producing APs.

Also what WLC code is running on your WLC and static IP did you assign on to the AP?

Well, This is for every Wireless Engineer working in mainly in India and sub countries - We later noticed that the APs also had another Tag - which says "made in China " - and we tried changing the country code to the Asia pacific region. The one with KOREA (KE) matched and all the APs came UP.  So again the Country code was the issue.
