How does a Aironet 350 Bridge work with 802.1q or ISL tagged packets?

It doesn't. It will see those packets as giants and discard them.
If you find that you need this type of functionality, please contact your local Cisco Sales Account team. They have procedures in place to collect this type of input from customers, qualify the collected ideas, and forward them to the Wireless Networking Business Unit for possible inclusion in future products.

How about now? Is there anybody know when it will be available in Cisco?

The latest information we have received from Cisco is that VLAN support is slated for late June. There will likely be support for 16 to 25 VLANs with seperate SSIDs.
