WCS cant add controller

Hi guys,

Iam having trouble adding a new controller(2500) to the WCS.

My WCS version 6.0.196.0

My WLC version 7.0.116.0

Now, My question is:

If i upgrade my WCS i may add the new contoller?

Even if in cisco DATA-SHEET there isnt any mention regarding this WLC(basicly it says that the WCS does not support this WLC)

Your WCS version should be higher than the WLC version. That's why you are not able to add the WLC(s).

I have onther controller on the network with version 7.0.98.0

And his added to the WCS.(his type is 2100)

Don't know but it's not supported. Maybe you had it already added to WCS and then you upgraded the code on the WLC. See the matrix:
