WCS Client report

Hello,

we used to do a client count report for one year. Now WCS version 7.0.230.0 is install and this report no longer works. Error messages appears is

'The report you are trying to generate contains more than the supported

number of records (100000). Change the report criteria to generate a

report with fewer records.'

I have seen discussion "https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2015885" but not really a solution so I ask for your idea.

I our case we found out customer can do this report for 6 hours only. We tried 23 hour also get this message for August 14th. But this is very short.

We also tried several other timeframes that are not in last 7 days:

1st August 2011 - 31st July 2012 show error message above

1st August 2011 00:00 - 1st August 2011 23:00 shows:

"The specified criteria did not match any data for the report.

Make sure that the following background tasks are running:

1.Client Statistics"

1st August 2011 00:00 - 1st August 2011 6:00 also

1st July 2012 - 31st July 2012 : "... more than the supported number of records (100000)..."

Could we have a database issue with records from 1st August or what you think?

Data Retention configuration is:

Administration > Settings > Client -> Data Retention section

• Client (days) — 7 Days

• Client (records)— 50000

• Client session history (days)— 31 days

• Client session history (records)— 1000000 records
