On my WCS>Monitor>Network Summary page under "Coverage Area" the client count continues to rise to numbers that are impossible for this location. It almost looks like it is counting evry client that has ever connected!Is there a way to clear this counter. The only WLC connected to the WLS shows the correct current client count.

Have you enabled H-REAP on the WLC? There is a bug on certain WCS that makes the client count too high if you enabled H-REAP. More information can be found at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk722/tk809/technologies_tech_note09186a00806f070a.shtml#dec2 The bug ID is CSCsg48059
