WCS 'local net users' and 'guest users'

Hi there,

I am using WCS 4.0.87.0, and get a little bit confused when configuring the templates, concerning the creation of guest users. In the "security" menu there are two fields where you can add guest users, one is called "local net users" and the other is "guest users".

When you have a lobbyadmin defined, he adds guest accounts, but they get added in the "local net users" list on the WLC?

Can anyone define the difference between "local net users" and "guest users"?

On the controller itself, you can only see a "local net users" list...

Thanks in advance..

yes, you're right. On the WLC, all user records are stored in one single place on the controller (local net database). WCS separates is out for ease of use.

Do you know of a way to copy the Local Net Database from a 4402 controller to a 4404 controller? Or, do you have to use WCS? I need to move all accounts from a 25 AP 4402 to a 100 AP 4404.
