What is the last date to buy it?

Welcome to CSC. Are you asking about "smartnet" on WCS? If so, yes you can purchase smart net on WCS.

This is the EOL announcement for the WCS, as I said, the dates may be wrong, but it does show the last dates you can purchase a support contract.
