We just upgrading our DHCP server to 2000. We have 340 access points with D-link cards. When WEP is enabled Laptops will not obtain an IP Address. When it is disabled it will. Any thoughts??

What is generated in the AP logs? Sounds like an authentication issue, not a DHCP issue.

May I know the version of firmware you're using? See if you've turn on TKIP or MIC, if you do turn them off and try again. Also interoperabilities between vendor when using 128bit WEP is suspected.
