I use aironet br342 with 2.4dBi dipole as access-point.
I found that when I use ping -t with a pc ,
over 10 packets time out from time to time , while the signal noise rate is still quite good .
Further more , I found that when I open about clients
the speed of the network became rather slow ,the collision
became unacceptable.
Please be kind to help me, it is urgent.

Little hard to say from the information here but.
Does the client stay associated ? The log of the BR342 will help you check this
On the BR342 do you see many CRC errors ? or radio hold offs
Have you tried another channel ?
What firmware version is on the BR342 ?
What NDIS ACU and firmware version are you using on the clients ?
Are you trying to ping the BR342 or a PC behind the BR342 ?
I hope this gives you a few things to look at

Make sure your ethernet connection is set to "autonegotiate" on both sides or manually set to whatever you decide: 100 Mbps/Full Duplex, 10 Mbps/Half Duplex, etc.
