What behavior are you seeing? In other words, what makes you think it's a roaming issue?
I will say that I have seen a few nics that have MAJOR issues connecting to our AP's... mainly, realtek wireless nics.
Also, can you or have you tried using WPA/TKIP instead of WPA2/AES? There are some clients that have a "harder" time decrypting and encrypting packets with the stronger encryption. I have found from personal experience that lowering the encryption improves connectivity for several clients...
When walking from one AP to another the connection on the laptop drops and stays down even when walking back to the original AP. You can see from the controller debugs that the controller is trying to reauthenticate the client but the client seems to ignore it. I have done some more testing and have replicated the problem with a Broadcom adapter in a windows xp machine.
