Is it possible to have two different type of antenna connected to 1 AP 1200 series (2.4Ghz, repeater mode).

One antenna can be solely used to connect to a root wireless AP outside the building and the other to Client adapters inside the building. Outside antenna is a patch antenna connecting to one RPTNC port of repeater AP and inside antenna is a ceiling antenna connected to other RPTNC port of repeater AP.

Not sure if such a solution will work?

we need to provide wireless acess both inside and outside of building!!

The problem with this is that the radio only uses one antenna port at a time. You really need two radios.

In that can we disable the second diversity antenna and use a splitter on first to connect to external and internal ceiling antenna?

The campus is small 300mts x 350mts so we may be able to compensate for losses of splitter!!

Can it be done this way?

Some of the 340 equipment doesn't like this, but I've done it before.
