Goodday,
I have a 2 Aironet BR2040E working fine over 18km.
I'm upgrading to the Cisco BR350 , using the existing antennas.Which is 23dbi Grid antennas, with 10m low loss cable between antenna and bridge.
The Cisco bridges do not associate.
The cisco bridges however do work over a short distance, but not over 18km.
One is setup as root and the other as a nonroot.
The SSIDs are the same.
I have tried the different data rates and still not working.
On the old aironet bridges, the km needed to be specified.
Do I need to specify the km on the Cisco Bridges?
Any suggestions ?

Yes you have the configure the km on the Bridge:
Configure it under: Setup /Root Radio Advanced Page
