Does Cisco AP 350, 1200 and ACS support Palm Tungsten C PDA built-in 802.11 technology? If yes, how do I setup AP 350, 1200 and ACS to authenticate PDA.

The Cisco AP will support any WiFi certified client.
The Palm shows as wifi certified so it will work fine
As to what authentication methods it supports you will have to check with the palm documentation but at very least you can run static WEP
If it supports 802.1x then you can run EAP or you maybe able to use a 3rd party suplicant such as meeting house to run EAP
As far as configuration for the AP it is just the same as for any other client device
