Wireless Interference - Office Environment

Hi,

I noticed in my prime infrastructure client report that SNR and RSSI improve overnight (See image attached). Basically from 5:30pm - 6:00am signal is good, then during working hours signal degrades for the same wireless client.  I haven't analysed what the cause of interference is, but does this look normal for an office environment?

Could the signal degradation be caused by all the wireless devices coming into the office during working hours, then when they leave the office signal improves? Or should I be looking for other sources of interference?

Thanks,

This sounds like co-channel interferrence from something.

Thanks Leo, I'll look into it further.

Hi ,

Thats look normal. At 5:30 neighbor company APs might be getting turned off for some reasons and your power might be increasing. During the day , its otherwise.
