Wireless network during an exhibition // Fair (show)

I use an AP Cisco 1252G with 3 antennas AIR-ANT2410Y-R. during big exhibitions (fair - show). To give you an idea, I can say that there are 35 different wireless networks around our booth.

And after investigations I discovered some issues:

- sometimes the signal is poor, or not high. But I not far from the antennas.

- some disconnections (iPad, but seems to be ok with Android Tabled).

For me the issue comes from the antennas, I plan to buy 3 antennas: AIR-ANT24120. What do you think?

Is it a good idea? Or do you have another one (idea)?

All feedback are welcome.

Many thanks in advance.

With my best regards.

Re: Wireless network during an exhibition // Fair (show)

The yagi isn't what you want if your AP is close to you. All you need is a dipole antenna to be honest. If your ap in your booth is being mounted on the ground or up to 15'-20' and is near you, the dipoles will work fine. No need to blast you signal with a high gain if you ask me. Main issue is all the wifi around there. If you can utilize the 5ghz, you would be better off, but you would need an AP with a 5ghz radio.
