They all cover wireless LAN profiles to a degree since that is mostly registry settings.

Funk's software Odssy is running on my Ipaq 2795 and does a great job with EAP-Fast, Leap, and WPA2 through my AP1230.

I think they have it available as a third-party supplecant.
