WISM 802.1x with Thin AP's and 1231 FAT AP's Reauthtication

I am trying to find out if I have setup my WISM and I have 802.1x setup within my infrastructure. And say I want to control which SSID a user is allowed to access via Radius Authentication. Is there away to send a reauth command to move a device from one SSID to another.

I am basically trying to check the posture of a device with a NAC solution. If a device has failed a particular test I want them put into a Quarantine VLAN (SSID). Once the device has been remdiated I want to issue a reauth command to place this device into a clean or production VLAN.

Is this possible?
