wism occur strange message on management log

I got the strange messages on my wism(v4.1.158.0)

And the clients have the MAC on the log couldn't forward any packet to the network.

I couldn't find any idea on the CCO.

The code you are running isn't on CCO anymore, at least I can't find it on the WiSM. If you don't have any MESH, then you should upgrade to 4.1.185. If you have 1252's then 4.2.130.
