Hello

Is there a document that can help me understand how to go about getting a WLAN installed, and explain what backhaul, omni etc acutally means, how to choose the best antennaes..etc?

Cisco Press has a ton of great books. You may want to review 'safari' offerd by oreilly. Also this forum is a GREAT resource if you do a few searches just under wireless. And always feel free to ask questions..
