WLC - Radius authorization read/write authority

It can be both... on the radius, look at the logs and see what shell profile you are being assigned to.  You might need to disconnect the WLC from the network or the radius server briefly so that you can login using a local account that can give you read write so you can make changes.  The WLC will continue to use the radius unless the radius server is not online.

Thanks,

Scott
