Can a controller reach a radius server through the service port?

Not sure, but in the following url, it states management interface for the controller

It should not be able to as the service port is meant for out of band service. I've never tried it personally, but the service port is meant for manual intervention on a WLC when network connectivity to the mgt interface is not available. I have configured the service ports with unique addresses on a secondary LAN before for a customer, but it is NOT something I suggest.

I finally had a 4402 controller to test and it works. The controller is able to contact a radius server through the service port.
