Workgroup bridge losing connection to AP & other issues

Hi all

I am having issues where, if I try to connect to a device plugged into my ap, via the workgroup bridge connection, I cannot ping it, however If I jump on the access point and run a ping to the device plugged into it, it is ok, then this brings to life my ping from the lan.

I have also seen some funny things on the log, see below
