I have a camera that is displaying everything in a "Red" tint. I have ever seen anything like this nor could I find anyother other cases so I'm turning to here to see if I should try to get it replaced. When I put the camera in "Night Mode" it looks fine so this has got to be an iris issue. Attached is a screenshot of what I am seeing.
Thanks

Too low of a bit rate? Video hue/saturation settings incorrectly adjusted in cam GUI? Light temperature setting incorrectly
adjusted in cam GUI? Indoor lights or filtered sunlight giving weird tint to indoor cam?
I used to get heavy greens from high-rise indoor cams due to strong window glazing/tinting.

I tried all those steps, I open a TAC case and they told me to replace to RMA it
Thanks anyway

I also had that happen once on a 4500. Given the landscape the camera was covering, it looked like something from the MARS rover... Also RMA'd it.

Just curious what model of camera this was. We've just began seeing a big increase in 2500 series box camera failures as the imagers have started malfunctioning and freaking out with big light changes (lights on/off in room for instance).
We actually had 3 fail within the span of 2 weeks.

We have been having this problem since deployment on the 2500 series.
